Class Archetypes

Hipporacles are oracles bound in the Hippocratic Embrace.

Hippocratic Embrace Spared an oracle’s curse, hipporacles are instead "sheltered" from bringing harm to living things. Unwilling creatures with a Constitution score are not subject to any effect a hipporacle originates allowing spell resistance. A hipporacle also gains the continuous effect of deathwatch, detect undead and touch of mercy as a supernatural ability she can suspend or resume as a free or immediate action. When not subject to that ability, she suffers a –4 penalty on weapon attack rolls instead.

Curative Spellcasting As with every "cure" spell, hipporacles automatically learn every spell of the healing subschool, as well as every harmless spell that can remove ability damage, ability drain, a negative condition or a negative effect (such as break enchantment, cleanse and remove curse). Each of those spells becomes a "curative spell known" for a hipporacle at its lowest spell level for any class or feature thereof. Additionally, such spells cannot be swapped for other spells known.

Hippocratic Path Always guided to the life mystery, every hipporacle receives a revelation from that mystery for every odd-numbered hipporacle class level she gains. Starting at 5th level, she can select revelations from the additional following.

Agelessness (Ex) You gain the continuous effect of lesser age resistance as an extraordinary ability. When at least 10 or 15 class levels (effective or otherwise) determine your caster level as an oracle, that effect improves to age resistance or greater age resistance respectively. When at least 20 class levels (effective or otherwise) determine your caster level as an oracle, you cannot die from aging.

Hipporacle Oil (Ex) As an oracle, you can create magic oils for any "curative spell known" as if you possessed Brew Potion, regardless of spell level or casting time. Time you spend creating such oils yields ten times the progress should you actually possess Brew Potion.

Material Triage (Ex) With any "curative spell known" you cast as an oracle, the value of any material component(s) you require is halved.

Metamedic Alacrity (Ex) You can apply any number of metamagic feats to any "curative spell known" you spontaneously cast as an oracle without increasing its casting time.

Metamedic Potency (Ex) When you apply any number of metamagic feats to any "curative spell known" you cast as an oracle, the total level increase is reduced by 1 (to a minimum of 0). This revelation can be selected more than once.

Metamedic Repertoire (Ex) You are considered to possess every metamagic feat with respect to any "curative spell known" you cast as an oracle.
